About Us
Hi, I'm Brock. I make frames for the cards you actually care about.
Top Tier Frames started at the end of 2025 out of my place in the Greater Toronto Area, for a simple reason: I had cards I loved and nowhere good to put them. A toploader in a binder felt like hiding them. A generic frame from the craft store looked like nothing. So I started designing extended-art backgrounds that continue each card's own artwork outward, printing them, and building the frames myself.
Everything is still made that way. When you order, I'm the person who prints it, assembles it, packs it, and emails you the tracking number. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing sits in a warehouse.
What makes them different
Atmospheric extended art — Each background is designed around one specific card: its colours, its setting, its mood. The result reads as one continuous piece rather than a card stuck on a poster.
Precision fit — Every frame is cut for either a raw card in your own case, a magnetic holder, or a graded slab (PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, ACE). Choose the fit before you add to cart. Optional UV acrylic protects the artwork from fading.
Archival printing — Printed at 300dpi on archival stock, hand-trimmed, and assembled in Ontario. Five years of print and colour work went into getting the output right.
A real track record — 1,300+ frames shipped and a perfect 5.0 rating from 267 collectors on our Etsy shop, with Star Seller status for fast responses and reliable shipping.
What you're buying
The frame. Your card slides into a recessed window and stays yours the whole time. Trading cards are never included, and I'd never ask you to mail me one.
Custom work
Have a card, character or theme that isn't in the catalogue? That's most of what I enjoy making. Email info@toptierframes.com and I'll answer personally — usually within a business day.
