Do the frames come with the trading card included?

No. Every listing is for the display frame or case only. Trading cards and graded slabs are never included. You keep your card the whole time — it slides into the frame yourself.

Are you affiliated with The Pokemon Company or any card publisher?

No. Top Tier Frames is an independent accessory maker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or produced by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, Disney or Konami. All card names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for compatibility reference only.

Will my frame fit a PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, or ACE graded slab?

Yes. Most frames offer options for raw cards in your own case, raw cards with a magnetic holder, and PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG or ACE graded slabs. Choose the fit before adding to cart.

What sizes are available?

Our most popular size is 8x10 inches. 5x7, 10x8, 12x16, 16x20 and panoramic multi-card sizes (22x11, 16x12) are also available depending on the design.

What frame colours can I choose?

Black, White, Oak and Brown. Pick your colour on the product page before adding to cart — it's a required option, so nothing ships in a colour you didn't choose.

What is UV acrylic and do I need it?

UV acrylic is an optional upgrade that filters ultraviolet light, slowing the fading of both the printed artwork and your card. If the frame will hang anywhere near a window, it's worth it.

How long does it take to get my frame?

Every frame is made to order, so allow 3–5 business days production before it ships. After that: Canada standard 3–4 business days, Canada express 1–2, United States 5–8. Free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD. You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves the workshop.

Do you ship outside Canada and the US?

Yes. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country; those aren't included in our prices.

What if my frame arrives damaged?

Email info@toptierframes.com with photos right away and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Frames damaged in transit are replaced free.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes — 30 days from delivery, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless defective. See the full refund policy.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, and they're most of what we enjoy making. Send the card name, set number and the size you want through the Contact page and we'll come back with a mockup.

Do you offer discounts for multiple frames?

Sign up at the bottom of any page for 10% off your first frame. We also run seasonal promotions — subscribers hear about them first.
