Do the frames come with the trading card included?

No. Every listing is for the display frame or case only. Trading cards, graded slabs, and Pokemon/One Piece/TCG cards are never included unless explicitly stated.

Will my frame fit a PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, or ACE graded slab?

Yes. Most of our frames offer variant options for raw cards as well as PSA, BGS, CGC, and ACE graded slabs. Simply select your preferred option before adding to cart.

What sizes are available?

Our most popular size is 8x10 inches, with 5x7, 10x8, 12x16, 16x20, and panoramic multi-card sizes (22x11, 16x12) also available depending on the design.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. If you have a specific card, character, or theme in mind that you do not see in our catalog, reach out through our Contact page and we will do our best to bring your vision to life.

How long does shipping take?

We are based in Toronto, Ontario and ship across Canada and internationally. Processing typically takes a few business days before your order ships; exact timelines are shown at checkout.

What if my frame arrives damaged?

Please contact us right away with photos of the damage and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer discounts for multiple frames?
