<p><strong>Made to order in Toronto</strong><br>Every frame is printed and assembled by hand after you order, so please allow <strong>3-5 business days production time</strong> before your order ships. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the workshop.</p>
<p><strong>Delivery times after shipping</strong><br>Canada Standard: 3-4 business days<br>Canada Express: 1-2 business days<br>United States: 5-8 business days<br>Delivery time may vary depending on your location.</p>
<p><strong>Shipping cost</strong><br>Free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.</p>
<p><strong>Packaging</strong><br>Frames ship in rigid, corner-protected packaging. We have shipped hundreds of frames and take breakage seriously.</p>
<p><strong>If something goes wrong</strong><br>If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email <a href="mailto:info@toptierframes.com">info@toptierframes.com</a> with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.</p>
<p><strong>Customs and duties</strong><br>US and international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.</p>
